Applies to SKYRAQ cloth stands, cloth dryers and ceiling cloth drying hangers in the United Arab Emirates. Last updated: September 2026.

Returns — defective products only

SKYRAQ accepts returns for defective products only. We do not accept change-of-mind returns once a product has been delivered or installed.

A return may be approved when a product has a manufacturing defect or a fault covered under our warranty — for example damaged rods, faulty pulley hardware, or installation workmanship issues reported within the warranty period.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted. If a defective product is confirmed, we will repair, replace the faulty parts, or issue a refund as appropriate after inspection.

3-year warranty

All SKYRAQ products include a 3-year warranty on the product and professional installation workmanship across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Defects reported during this period are handled under this return policy and warranty.

How to report a defect

Please include your order details, emirate, install date and clear photos of the defect. For installed ceiling systems, do not remove the unit without our guidance.

Return shipping (defective items)

Return shipping is free for approved defective-product returns within the UAE. We will arrange collection or provide return instructions after your claim is confirmed.

Refunds

If a defect cannot be repaired and replacement is not suitable, an approved refund may be issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned product. We will confirm eligibility when you contact us.

What we do not accept

Change-of-mind returns
Exchanges for a different size, model or colour
Damage caused by misuse, improper installation not performed by SKYRAQ, or normal wear
Returns submitted without prior approval
